Information we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, telephone number if you provide one, and the details of your message. If you buy, sell or store a car with us we also hold the records needed for that transaction, including vehicle details and payment references.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your enquiry, to carry out the sale, purchase, storage or service work you have asked for, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Sharing
We share information only where it is necessary: with finance providers or transport contractors involved in your transaction, with our accountants and auditors, and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while they remain relevant. Transaction and vehicle records are kept for as long as required by tax and consumer law, normally six years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us using the contact details on this site.
